Description
Job SummaryThe Analyst II will be responsible for driving medium to high complex projects and supporting operational initiatives with technology driven solutions as part of the Product Management team. They will create and document requirements to solve key business challenges, working both independently and cross functionally across IT and operational departments. They will conduct competitive research, analyze data, and define and work with other members on team to provide estimates for features as directed. This individual will create applicable technology user guides, provide status updates to respective stakeholders throughout the life cycle of the project, assisting in functional and integration testing, and post implementation monitoring.
The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to effectively translate and document operational needs into clear business requirements and manage day to day support of designated product portfolio under an agile environment in partnership with a development team.
Responsibilities

- Analyze requirements; construct workflow charts and diagrams; study system capabilities; write specifications.
- Develop communications documents (project status, project milestones, notification, training guide, user-manuals etc.).
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations such as system approaches, high-level flows, release notes etc.
- Act as a lead conduit between the business / client teams and development teams to ensure proper flow of communication and resolution of any gaps of information understanding.
- Assist testing team to understand system requirements, define testing objectives and participate in functional testing.
- Conduct user training sessions and support client teams during acceptance testing.

- Experience in healthcare / healthcare IT desirable
- Experience working on Workflow Management Products desirable
- Experience delivering products and showing the impact of the work you have done
- Strong project and requirement documentation skills
Qualifications
- Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Healthcare / Information Systems / Business Administration / Computer Science.
- 2 - 3 years of prior tech product management experience preferably in health IT services / health tech product environment

Compensation and Benefit Information
Compensation
- Pay: $60,600 - $80,000 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
