Description:Job Summary:
In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this senior individual contributor position is responsible for developing applications for Android and/or iOS devices by leveraging Agile methodologies to design and implement new customer-facing features; collaborating with product management and UX teams to create fun, easy-to-use client applications which maximize the user experience; and adhering to standard mobile device security practices. This position will also be responsible for contributing to the overall architecture of KPs mobile technologies.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Completes work assignments and supports business-specific projects by applying expertise in subject area; supporting the development of work plans to meet business priorities and deadlines; ensuring team follows all procedures and policies; coordinating and assigning resources to accomplish priorities and deadlines; collaborating cross-functionally to make effective business decisions; solving complex problems; escalating high priority issues or risks, as appropriate; and recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field and four (4) years experience in software development or a related field. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- Minimum three (3) years experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions development life cycles (e.g., SDLC).
- Minimum one (1) year in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports.
- Minimum three (3) years experience developing and/or implementing mobile applications.
Additional Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications:
- One (1) year working with location technology (e.g., real time location services, beacons).
- Two (2) years experience working with mobile development or dev ops tools and technologies (e.g., Jenkins, SonarQube, JUnit, XCTest, Gradle, Cocoa Pods, etc.).
