Become a part of our caring communityWe are looking for a strategic Marketing Technology Lead to guide the evolution of our Next Best Action (NBA) capabilities through scalable use of Adobe Journey Optimization (AJO) and dynamic content frameworks. You will sit at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology, ensuring personalized, context-aware customer engagement across channels.
You will combine expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud with an understanding of decisioning, orchestration, and content personalization to deliver scalable and measurable customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Next Best Action Strategy & Execution:
- Design and operationalize Next Best Action frameworks applying behavioral, transactional, and contextual data
- Partner with marketing, product, and analytics teams to define decisioning logic, prioritization rules, and optimization strategies
Adobe Journey Optimization (AJO) Enablement:
- Lead the implementation and scaling of Adobe Journey Optimization for real-time and batch-driven customer journeys
- Architect reusable journey patterns, templates, and decision nodes to support enterprise-wide adoption
- Ensure seamless integration between AJO, Adobe Experience Platform, and downstream activation channels
Dynamic Content & Personalization:
- Develop and govern dynamic content strategies across email, push, web, and other digital touchpoints
- Design modular content frameworks that support personalization at scale
- Partner with creative and content teams to ensure efficient content production aligned with personalization needs
Scalability & Operational Excellence:
- Establish best practices for scaling journey orchestration and content management
- Optimize campaign performance through testing, measurement, and iterative improvements
- Guide standardization and governance across journeys and content usage
Data & Integration:
- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data ingestion and availability
- Define data requirements for NBA
- Leverage AI/ML capabilities to enhance decisioning and personalization
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Guide communication between marketing, IT, data, and vendors
- Provide expertise on customer journey orchestration and personalization trends
- Mentor teams on AJO capabilities
Use your skills to make an impact
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in marketing technology, CRM, or customer engagement platforms
- Hands-on expertise with Adobe Journey Optimization and Adobe Experience Platform
- Experience with Next Best Action frameworks
- Experience designing dynamic content and personalization strategies
- Experience translating needs into scalable technical solutions
- Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and customer data platforms
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and/or digital asset management systems and content metadata
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-driven decisioning and real-time personalization
- Knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing and omnichannel orchestration
- Background in regulated industries or complex enterprise environments
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance data to drive optimization
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$126,300 - $173,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
