Job Summary
Engineering HVAC mechanic will assist the director of plant operation and master electrician with repair and preventive maintenance of plant and hospital equipment. Will conduct inspection of plant and hospital equipment, and patient areas, making recommendations to the Director Of Plant Operations and Master Electricians, assisting with implementation of new procedures and safety practices, Will perform maintenance in patient areas, including, but not limited to light replacements, HVAC and electrical distribution, plumbing repairs, minor electrical repairs, touch up painting, and related activities. Specific duties will be HVAC Preventive maintenance and repairs to Ice machines, package roof top units and air-handling systems.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
Minimum Experience: Three years in healthcare engineering or related filed
Required Certification:
Required Licensure: HVAC refrigerant license - EPA
