You'll join a cohesive, high-performing neuroscience team at the nationally recognized Abrazo Arrowhead Campus, working alongside experienced neurosurgeons, hybrid neurologists, and a dedicated service line director whose sole focus is advancing this specialty. With Tenet Healthcare's full operational infrastructure behind you - billing, credentialing, HR, marketing - you can stay focused on what you do best: delivering outstanding surgical care and helping shape the future of this program.
Position Highlights
- Full-time, employed position with Tenet Healthcare / Abrazo Health
- Spine-focused neurosurgery role within a collaborative, growing neuroscience program
- Variable schedule: 2-3 days per week split between clinic and OR
- Shared call: approximately 7-10 days per month
- Dedicated PA support - 1 PA per attending for both clinic and surgical workflow
- Team includes 3 neurosurgeons, 7 hybrid neurologists, and 1 interventional neurologist
- Dedicated marketing and business development support to help build your patient base
- Site: Abrazo Arrowhead Campus - a nationally recognized, full-service acute care hospital with accredited chest pain and primary stroke center designations

Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO with completion of an accredited Neurosurgery residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
- Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
