Position Highlights
- Specialty: General Neurology within a mature, multi-specialty group practice
- Scope of practice: General neurological disorders, neuromuscular diseases, epilepsy, nervous system infections, behavioral neurology, memory loss, and dementia
- Team structure: Join two existing neurologists; surrounded by family physicians, pediatricians, and specialists in oncology, rheumatology, orthopedics, and pulmonary medicine
- Hospital: 161-bed acute care facility; 11-bed ICU; designated Primary Stroke Center; Level 4 Trauma Center; 21,000 patient days and 6,000 admissions annually
- Support staff: Dedicated practice manager, patient service representative, and medical assistant
- Administration: All business aspects managed by practice administrators - you focus on medicine
- Ancillary resources: On-site MRI/CT, CATH lab, and Ambulatory Surgery Center
- System: Owned and operated by Tenet Healthcare Corporation

Organization Description
Nacogdoches Medical Center has been serving the East Texas community for nearly 50 yearswith a focus on caring for patients and a strong team environment.
