Tenet Healthcare is bringing exceptional surgical oncology care to one of Texas's most dynamic and rapidly growing regions - and we're looking for a talented Surgical Oncologist to lead the way. You'll be joining The Hospitals of Providence Memorial Campus, a 500-bed cornerstone facility that houses a dedicated Cancer Program complete with an inpatient unit, outpatient infusion services, and a one-call patient navigator system built to deliver seamless, coordinated care. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact role where community need is significant and your clinical contributions will be felt immediately. Position Highlights
- Specialty: Surgical Oncology
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Clinical days: 2-3 clinic days per week averaging 15 patients per day
- Surgical days: 2-3 OR days per week with approximately 5-7 cases; volume may increase based on candidate capacity and community demand
- Call: Optional General Surgery call available at 3-4 days per month
- Practice setting: The Hospitals of Providence Memorial Campus - a 500-bed facility with a dedicated inpatient oncology unit and outpatient infusion center
- Support systems: One-call patient navigator system to streamline care coordination
- Significant unmet community need with strong growth potential for the right candidate
