Texas Hand and Arm Center is a thriving, surgeon-owned private practice built by three of North Dallas's most respected hand surgeons - and they're looking for the right person to carry that legacy forward. This is a true hand surgery practice: 100% elective, no trauma call, and a fully integrated care model with six Certified Hand Therapists and an on-site surgery center. You'll step into a well-oiled operation with strong infrastructure, seasoned support staff, and a clear path to partnership. If you want to do great hand surgery without the noise of a large system, this is the opportunity.
Position Highlights
- 100% elective hand, wrist, and elbow surgery - adult and pediatric
- No general orthopedic or trauma call; call limited to the group's own hand surgery patients
- Holiday call on a rotating basis
- Clinic hours 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM; no late clinics
- On-site ambulatory surgery center in the same building as the clinic
- Six Certified Hand Therapists providing integrated in-office therapy
- Experienced ancillary team including radiology tech, cast tech, MAs, and front desk staff
- Partnership track available
- Desirable North Dallas office location

Candidate Requirements
- Medical degree required
- Board certified or board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship training in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery
- Must hold or be able to obtain Texas medical licensure
