Description
Become a part of our caring communityHumana Healthy Horizons looking for a Senior Provider Survey Professional to manage provider satisfaction surveys in the Medicaid segment and enhance provider experience. Reporting to the Director, responsibilities include coordinating with market teams to implement NCQA and state-mandated surveys, developing and updating provider scripts, extracting provider data samples, collaborating on script and data reviews, partnering with vendors, analyzing survey results, and supporting improvement plans. The role requires independent work and strong project management skills to ensure effective survey execution.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop provider satisfaction survey tools to support efficient and effective survey execution
- Maintain documentation in accordance with state, market, and operational requirements
- Request provider survey sample populations and prepare data files for vendor distribution
- Review survey results to ensure they meet required formatting standards
- Meet regularly with market teams to review survey scripts and provider satisfaction results
- Share findings and collaborate with Medicaid market teams to align on improvement plans
- Partner across markets to identify and implement best practices that enhance the provider experience
- Create standardized templates and document processes for internal team resources, including policies and procedures

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of data analysis experience
- 2+ years' experience with provider satisfaction surveys or survey methodologies
- 2+ years project management experience
- Experience with survey data
- Healthcare experience
- Experience operating in a matrixed environment and coordinating across several departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA
- Contract experience to ensure operations are compliance following contract requirements
- Experience with Medicaid policies or health plans
Additional Information
- Workstyle: Remote
- Typical Workdays/Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm, Eastern Standard Time (EST)
- Travel: Up to 10% outside of your home state.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$78,400 - $107,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
