This is a 100% outpatient role designed for physicians seeking predictable schedules and minimal call burden. Position Highlights
- Practice located on hospital campus at Desert Regional Medical Center
- 100% outpatient clinical focus
- Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Call limited to your own patients; inpatient call handled by hospital
- New clinic environment with opportunity to shape practice growth
- Average 15+ patients per day
- Supported by operational staff and medical assistants
- Base compensation ranging from $364,900 to $557,400, based on qualifications
- Predictable weekday schedule with no hospital call requirements

Organization Description
Desert Care Network serves the healthcare needs of the Coachella Valley and Morongo Basin regions in Southern California with three hospitals Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, JFK Memorial Hospital in Indio and Hi-Desert Medical Center in Joshua Tree. The hospital network provides advanced care with services such as comprehensive stroke care, a cancer center, a Level 1 Trauma Center and the only Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in the Coachella Valley.
