Job Summary
This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus.
RRT is to provide respiratory care for all patients in all areas of NMC. Responsible for airway management procedures (including but not limited to oxygen therapy, ventilator set up and maintenance, emergency procedures, respiratory therapy treatment modalities), arterial punctures, and EKG procedures to patients in assigned areas. Responsible for complete documentation according to the hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Reports change in status of patient and/or patient diagnostic procedure results to physician and/or appropriate hospital personnel
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education: Graduate of accredited school of respiratory care
Minimum Experience: Complete clinical rotation
Required Certification: NBRC Registry, CPR
Required Licensure: Texas Department of Health
FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Nacogdoches Medical Center has been serving the East Texas community for nearly 50 yearswith a focus on caring for patients and a strong team environment.
