Growing together.As an SAS Platform Administrator, you will own the configuration, operation, and continuous improvement of EOHS vendor-hosted applications. This role is responsible for translating business needs into scalable system configurations, ensuring platforms are reliable, compliant, and optimized for end-user experience. You may work directly with EOHS business teams, technology partners, and vendors to administer platform capabilities, manage configurations, conduct high-quality analysis and support ongoing system evolution.
This role is intentionally highly collaborative and execution focused. Success in this role requires hands-on platform expertise, strong operational ownership, and the ability to iteratively configure and refine system behavior based on real-world usage. In addition, you will validate configuration approaches, and align on how systems function, behave, and are experienced by users. Work is progressed through continuous partnership, guided design direction from EOHS technology leaders, and iterative configuration.

Primary Responsibilities:
Platform Administration & Configuration
- Administer and configure EOHS SaaS platforms across intake, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Own system configurations including workflows, business rules, forms, permissions, and logic
- Partner with vendors to implement platform capabilities and resolve configuration issues
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability across environments
- Maintain configuration consistency and adherence to enterprise standards
- Document system configuration and other work associated with solutions built
Configuration Design & Workflow Enablement
- Interpret EOHS workflows and operational needs to design effective system configurations
- Translate requirements into configuration-ready logic, rules, and workflows
- Align business needs with platform capabilities and constraints
- Validate configurations through testing and user feedback
Platform Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, usability, automation, and utilization of AI solutions
- Support release management, configuration governance, knowledge, documentation, and change control processes
- Leverage enterprise AI and automation tools to streamline platform operations
- Contribute to configuration standards and reusable implementation patterns

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience administering and configuring SaaS / vendor-hosted platforms
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with workflow configuration, business rules and logic, forms and data models, documenting configuration and system behaviors, and user roles and permissions
- 5+ years of experience accurately documenting system configurations and maintain clear, reusable knowledge artifacts for ongoing reference
- Expert level of proficiency to troubleshoot configuration issues and optimize system behavior
- Intermediate level of proficiency working in agile, iterative delivery models, including troubleshooting and rapid refinement
- Ability to manage ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and drive outcomes through partnership rather than authority
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience supporting regulated or compliance driven domains (healthcare, EOHS, risk, or safety)
- Experience supporting platforms such as Origami Risk, Cority, and other similar SaaS systems
- Familiarity with enterprise IT governance, change management, and release processes
- Experience working across multiple vendor platforms simultaneously
- Comfortable operating in fast paced environments with evolving requirements and tight delivery timelines
- Familiarity with integrations (APIs, data flows) between SaaS platforms
- Understanding of release management and environment governance

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
