Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential as these prescriptions are critical to our members' health and well-being.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Use multiple computer systems to obtain pharmacy orders, compare to order received and produce mailing labels
- Utilize the best method for product packing and shipping based on standard procedures to include type of packaging, unique conditions (i.e. refrigeration), etc. to ensure safe and secure delivery
- Prepare manual prescription orders by verifying information, pulling appropriate prescription drugs from inventory and complete necessary scanning and packaging as necessary
- Help manage pharmacy inventory process

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Pharmacy Technician license in the state of AL (or ability to obtain licensure within 30 days of employment)
- Intermediate level of proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Pharmacy Technician
- 1+ years of prior pharmacy experience
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Requires ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16 - $29 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
