Growing together.As a Full-Time Specialty Pharmacy Technician with CPS Solutions, LLC, you will assist in various pharmacy activities under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. You will carry out your job duties according to written procedures and guidelines based on pharmacy standards and regulatory requirements.
Pharmacy Location: Located within Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo, NY
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, plus rotating Saturday coverage (8:00 AM-2:00 PM).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately under pharmacist supervision
- Enter, review, and process outpatient prescription orders
- Assist with procurement, handling, and inventory management of specialty medications
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering patient questions, coordinating refills, and supporting medication adherence
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and internal teams to ensure timely medication access and delivery
- Maintain compliance with all pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Recent experience working as a Pharmacy Technician
- Proficiency with pharmacy systems and software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB/CPhT)
- 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
- Experience in a hospital and/or outpatient setting
