- Technology: Multiple daVinci robotic systems available; dedicated cysto room
- Surgical Access: 6 main operating rooms with 24-hour anesthesia coverage
- Market Position: Largest multi-specialty group in the region with significant market share across West Texas and Southern New Mexico
- Patient Volume: 50+ access points across the region ensure consistent referral flow and strong patient base
- Experience Level: Open to both experienced urologists and new graduates
- Guaranteed base salary with productivity bonus incentive
