Position Highlights
- Specialty: Vascular Surgery - joining an established group practice
- Schedule: Monday-Friday with 1-2 dedicated surgical days per week
- Call: 1:4 rotation, with vascular coverage adjusted based on volume and surgical load
- Patient Volume: 10-15 patients per clinic day; 8-10 procedures per week
- Patient Mix: Majority outpatient surgical cases with inpatient consult coverage as needed
- Practice Setting: 500-bed academic-level community hospital with Joint Commission PVD designation and Center of Excellence designation for weight loss surgery
- Billing & Coding: Handled entirely in-house - no administrative burden on the physician
- Guaranteed base salary with production bonus incentive
- Physician vacation time off plus CME time with stipend
- Billing, coding, and collections managed in-house
